• Customer focused – the facility is used by corporate clients and also a wedding venue.

The hours of work are 40 over a seven day period which will include early morning starts and late night finishes, working a split shift pattern

In return, they offer live-in accommodation with food provided.

This position is working within our main restaurant, Rowans, managing the team during the busy service. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the entire restaurant, ensuring our high standards remain at all times. You will encourage up selling, provide help and support within the team and ensure the working environment promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have a pride and a high level of commitment.

The restaurant is a 120 cover restaurant and the successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure that all guests are made to feel extremely welcome; the guests comfort will be paramount in this role and the manager needs to ensure that their needs are catered for in every way

Based on 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends. Shifts will be a mixture of earlys, lates and splits.
