Constant probe calibration is essential to ensure the highest levels of hygiene are adhered to within all areas of the facility.

You will continually monitor production processes by auditing documentation and ensuring strict compliance to the paperwork procedures and dealing with any issues immediately. You will also be taking product samples and this does involve product cooking and being part of the taste panels.

It is essential that you have experience looking after production process documentation, ideally you will have worked in a Quality/Audit position within a food manufacturer; however transferable skills/experiences within QA will be considered as this employer will embrace your continued training and development.

Please note this is not a laboratory based position and you will be required to work a large portion of your day on the factory floor ensuring strict quality procedures are adhered to. You will need to be PC literate; a confident communicator at all levels within a business and not adverse to confront challenging situations head on, with a calm and diplomatic manner. If you have internal auditing/food hygiene qualifications, backed with food manufacturing sector experience this will give you a clear advantage.
