As Web Designer you will become part of an experienced team of developers working on their clients' web and aggregator presence. Responsibilities will include interfacing with the business and their clients to gather requirements for the design life cycle, therefore good communication skills are essential. The successful candidate must be proficient in ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap along with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Macromedia Studio (Dreamweaver and Fireworks). Competent in VB.NET and C#.NET, plus an understanding of SQL Server would be beneficial.

The role of their project managers is to plan and execute multiple software implementation projects, from inception to completion. Efficiently liaising with other departments to ensure realistic and achievable deadlines, to quality and in a timely fashion is required.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate project management skills (probably through two to three years experience) and the ability to manage and coordinate internal and external project resources effectively. Clear communication and good negotiation skills are a must along with the ability to manage any changes in the scope through the appropriate channels and with the agreement of the client.

The successful candidate will ideally come from an insurance background, possess practical project management methodology experience and have been involved in managing software based projects for the full lifecycle. Relevant qualifications in project management are ideal but not essential.
