The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously; will have a good standard of general education as well as good administrative and computer skills. It would be advantageous for you to have experience in dealing with issues of tenancy management including home visits, tenancy enforcement, neighbour nuisance and estate management along with experience of establishing relationships with community groups and organisations. You must have the ability to work confidentially and deal sensitively with difficult issues in a non-judgmental and open manner and you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be flexible, conscientious and patient as well as being a highly organised team player who is adaptable and supportive to colleagues. You should also hold a full, preferably clean, driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Due to the nature of this post, the successful applicant will have their background checked with the DBS to ensure suitability.
