Reporting to the Commercial Services Manager, your overall responsibility will be to support all members of the pharmacy team to implement and deliver sustainable pharmacy services and to drive brand awareness of their Healthy Living Services.

This includes Company specific services, Pharmacy adherence services and other related pharmacy service in conjunction with the Pharmacy contract, plus a calendar of health promotion activity.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work and completion of tasks and you will manage your own time effectively and work on your own initiative. You will have excellent communication skills consulting with the Commercial Services Team, Area Managers, Pharmacists, Branch Staff and Service Development Pharmacists.

In this role you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services and develop each branch staff member to be competent in delivering the service. Essentially you will have experience within a community pharmacy and it is desirable you have experience of coaching or training.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is required.

The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.15 pm with an unpaid lunch break of 45 minutes.
