The Volunteer Programme Administrator will also manage a small caseload of volunteers. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone keen to work within volunteer management.

You will need excellent and proven communication skills, considerable experience of using databases and other IT programmes to enable you to manage large volumes of data, produce forms, reports and publicity materials.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about engaging with volunteers to meet the increasing need in their communities. You will ideally have experience of supervising staff / volunteers, recruitment and at least two years' administration experience.

So, if you are the kind of person who has attention to detail, enjoys working within a fast moving environment, keen to learn and can motivate people to volunteer - they would love to hear from you.

The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory employment references. A full driving licence and own transport are essential, but alternative arrangements could be considered for candidates who are disabled.
