Overview of the role

The Property Manager plays an important and responsible role within The Old Music Hall (OMH), which is Ethical Property’s third largest property and the location of its head office. You will ensure that OMH remains a well managed, efficient and attractive place for our tenants to be based, as well as playing a key role in monitoring our environmental performance. You will be line managed by the Operations Director.

We have recently moved into providing property management contracts for like-minded organisations as a new income stream and this will require management input from the Operations Director.
