The purpose of this new role is to provide general support (including PA services) to the Principal and Leadership Team by running diaries, scheduling and minuting meetings, preparing reports and liaising with Principals of the other academies within the Trust. The role also includes the responsibility to supervise and monitor the work of the administration team.

You will support the Principal, Governing Body, staff and pupils, by providing a high level administrative and secretarial service, thereby contributing to the smooth running of the school, and will at all times promote the school in a positive manner to staff, pupils and visitors.

The successful candidate will:

* Have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to use their own initiative and work well in a busy environment

* Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and ICT skills

In return

The company offers a salary £26,952 - £30,826 pro rata with a working schedule of 37 hours per week in term time only plus 10 days.
