Job Role:

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of a series of product programs to the UK and European Automotive Aftermarket.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing and market analysis.

You will:

* Be mathematically literate,
* Be commercially astute,
* Be good at working with data,
* Have an above average user of Excel as well as having an understanding of MS Access.
* Have a knowledge of MS Word (advantageous)

Personal Specification:

The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.

You will need good interpersonal skills and flexibility to liaise with colleagues in the UK Head Office and the UK and European Sales teams, demonstrating a calm yet driven approach in a busy working environment.

Role Progression:

This position has significant development potential into a full time product management role and would suit a bright graduate.

As the Product Manager your job will be to inform marketing, product development and sales decision making for specific products through market insight. This will involve primary research and project management, to support the penetration of new and existing products into new and existing markets across the B2B software landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills/ Experience Required:

Joining a fast-paced organisation with ambitious plans for expansion the individual will understand the value of informed decision making in driving growth. With a strong marketing background they will be passionate about making the company a truly market orientated organisation going forward.

With the credibility and drive to engage stakeholders at all levels the individual will be degree educated, ideally with additional professional qualifications (MRS) in the field of market research. With a minimum of five years' experience, in a similar B2B product management role, they will have the initiative and understanding to develop this important business function as the organisation grows.

Previous experience working with, or have a sound technical understanding of B2B software solutions would be advantageous to this role.

Employed doctors are based within a local medical centre as part of a multidisciplinary team of Disability Analysts.
