Main Responsibilities

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join the team, with one direct report. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical infrastructure operations for the business, including our customer facing SaaS solution as well as internal IT provision for staff.

This role is instrumental to our continued success and we need a Infrastructure/ IT Manager with demonstrable experience working to contracted SLAs and supporting revenue generating B2B technology services, ideally with SaaS based solutions. You will be comfortable undertaking management, monitoring and performance tuning of the company’s servers across back office, development, testing and production functions.
This is an exciting time to join the business and as an Infrastructure Manager you will be given the opportunity to not only be involved with your day to day responsibilities but ad hoc design and project work. You will liaise with the product development team to create an appropriate environment for the live Communicator Service and will exploit the latest technologies available.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will be an extremely technical, assertive and strong communicator with a proven track record within a high-growth technology driven organisation and will have an understanding of hosted software service applications. You will have a degree in a relevant discipline (Microsoft accreditation would be advantageous) and will be comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on a technical level.
