We are looking for a Freight Audit Administrator to work with one of our clients with a 4PL Company in Luton.

This role will involve working through data on Excel spreadsheets finding patterns with faults on various systems and working on how to solve them. Creating reports and processing to managers with issues and rectification methods.

We are looking for somebody Inquisitive, tenacious, contscientious, accurate & a good problem solver.

This role may suit a graduate or of like ability.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to devise data entry sheets on Excel and Word and have strong IT skills. They will have an in depth knowledge of Excel and be comfortable using functions such as the IF, VLookup and pivot table and have a statistical/analyst background.

Hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, although flexibility is required during busy periods.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Respond to ad hoc requests for additional reports from manages when specifically empowered by the Chief Exec, or Finance Director

Seek full understanding of data and MIS needs of operational management by participating and presenting to operation team meetings

To shadow the Financial Data Analyst to have an understanding of his duties as cover for absence


Key Competencies required for role:

Established IT network management skills
Detailed knowledge of MAYTAS and other learner management and CRM systems
Detailed knowledge of SFA ILR data requirements and validation
Ability work with third party SQL databases e.g. MAYTAS and exchange data between different systems
Advanced application system skills, especially Excel, Access and implementation of CRM systems
Data mining and warehousing experience
Ability to understand and install major new programs unsupervised
Excellent levels of communication written and verbal
