The Role:
The Head of PPC will be tasked with heading up the already strong team of multiple Account Managers and Executives and growing the department by implementing their own innovative ideas. The agency works with range of clients from all different sectors but with a focus on retail, travel and leisure.

The Requirements:
The Head of Paid Search will have the following requirements;
Your management style will be supportive yet assertive, and you will have a passion for all things digital.

As the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing the team responsible for driving awareness and delivering new members via all paid for marketing channels. Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing with at least 3 years' experience in online Marketing. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and the ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Knowledge of Search Engine advertising platforms and tools for paid and free search. Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications as well as to suggest alternative solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills; at ease when dealing with senior management. Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with membership based business models, including terms such as CPA, eCPM, LTV, Churn, conversion rate, acquisition funnel etc. Proven experience measuring the effectiveness of above the line activity in driving response. Familiarity with statistical methods.

You'll ideally have a strong interest in personal finance, or at least evidence an ability to understand the consumers' needs and services on offer.

Marketing Manager - Requirements

• 4-5 years' experience in a relevant role
• Experience designing and implementing new marketing processes
• Experience of local marketing channels such as outdoor media, press advertising, public relations, sponsorship, partnerships, events
