Our client supplies and installs renewable energy systems, including ground / air source heat pumps, biomass boilers, under floor heating and solar PV / thermal.

They are now seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking person to join their rapidly growing team as a Technical Sales. The person will be based in Potters Bar in Hertfordshire.

The right candidate will undertake a Technical Sales role for both new installation and refurbishment projects. You will be working within a team on a variety of projects, both domestic and commercial, in all aspects of renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

The Main Duties are likely to be focused around:

- Customers sales, both commercial and domestic in England

- Customer sales processes

- Providing quotes for customers, in conjunction with the company design department if complex

- Building customer relationships

- Advising on the integration of renewable technologies with other building services

- Contributing to decision making of project product specification / Company product specification.

Your Overall Responsibilities will encompass:

- Specification in co-operation with their design department of renewable energy systems, optimal solutions for commercial and domestic projects.

- Manning exhibition stands when needed

- Large commercial projects, in conjunction with design department, assist in the management e.g. attending initial site meetings and planning installation programmes

- Liaise with new and existing clients and assist with the development of client relationships

- Contribute to the development of all company processes e.g. design guidelines, project planning processes, etc

- Familiarity / compliance with RECC, MCS, FIT, IRHPP and RHI

Requirement:

Renewable Experience or Technical Sales background:

Other useful Experiences / Skills:

- Domestic Energy Assessment / Green Deal Assessor qualifications

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good IT capability

- Strong customer focus

- Good organizational skills

- Capability of being a good team player who also has the ability to work under their own initiative

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Current, full driving license - must have own car

- Good project management skills, specification and report writing

This is £24k OTE, uncapped role + basic salary (any UK location, including Midlands and South West)

A Sales Executive/ Manager is required to join a vibrant, fast-paced and ambitious packaging, printing and design company. They specialise in food industry packaging (PP tamper evident pots) and keep expanding into new markets.

You will be responsible for developing new business within the food industry. Generating leads, conducting consultative sales over the phone (to the leads from the current data base), setting up your own appointments and then attending sales meetings. You will be targeted on opening new customers.

Main duties will include but are not restricted to:

- You will be making a lot of calls each date, following up with the leads after the trade shows
- To develop and grow sales of polypropylene (PP) food packaging, including tamper evident plastic pots within a current base of leads, as well as developing new during tradeshows and other means.
- Provide a point of contact for your customers ensuring that they are visited on a regular basis to ensure the effective running of the account.
- To take commercial responsibility for your customer accounts, and ensure your accounts are meeting the desired contribution levels.


Their ideal candidate will have:

- Experience of selling of packaging / print / labels /into the FMCG, Food and Drinks or Pharmaceutical (desired, but not essential)
- An excellent consultative sales approach and the ability to cross sell and provide business solutions
- The ability to develop and win new business as well as maintain and grow existing accounts
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets within the food packaging (plastic pots and bespoke cardboard boxes) arena
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network within the client base
- Structured sales approach and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communicational skills – oral & written
- Experience working with Salesforce Databases


Skills and Experience:

- A proven track record of lead generation and account management
