Halton Court is a new housing development situated in Kidbrooke in the Royal Borough of Greenwich for Older People age 55plus.The development has a mixture of 170, one and two bedroom apartments available for rent and shared ownership. The development has an extensive range of communal facilities including a Community Village hall, fully licensed Restaurant and Bar, Hairdresser salon, Spa & Treatment room and an Arts and Crafts room available to internal and external customers. The scheme opened in May 2013.

This exciting new development is looking for a Manager which will offer a challenge like no other.

The role will see the successful candidate manage and develop a diverse staff team, consisting of Housing Assistants, Concierge team and Caretaker. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality intensive housing management service to residents and leaseholders. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on areas such as budgets, lettings, income collection and health and safety. It is essential you have a background in management and working in housing, supported or care environment. You must be have excellent organisation skills and be able to work well under pressure and be literate in MS office packages.

The development is within Kidbrooke Village and is promoted as a car fee development.
