2 years Application Architecture experience
Tech stack needed - C#, ASP.Net MVC .Net 3.5 &4, SQL (2005 & 2008 R2), VS2010, Agile using Scrum.

Passion for good architecture, keeping up to date with tech, (not necessarily commercial) experience other languages (Ruby, nodejs, Clojure, etc)

Nice to have:
SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) City, CSS3, HTML5 mobile dev, Pair programming, CI, OSS involvement (github, codeplex, etc), Azure or AWS

At least 5 years’ experience in Web development

TDD - Test Driven Development
BDD - Behavioural Driven Development
DDD - Domain Driven Design
