The Implementation Engineer (SQL, IIS)will work closely with the Project Managers and the Engineering team to implement the platform in customer environments, or through cloud. They will also provide post implementation remote support to customers.

On a daily basis the Implementation Engineer (SQL, IIS)will be responsible for:

- Remote installation and configuration of the Platform in customer environments

- Remote support and troubleshooting for customers

- Perform system and application administration, troubleshooting with the Cloud environment

- Provide technical pre-sales assistance to the Sales team

The Role

This position will be a key enabler of Citation’s Data and Dialler strategy, and will be highly influential in helping to shape the future direction to meet our clients’ needs for high quality, complete, accurate and timely data in our products and solutions. This role will be working alongside senior IT and Telesales colleagues reporting to the Head of Data Strategy.

As Dialler Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Day to day Dialler Management (Noble/New Voice Media (NVM))
• Maintaining high quality of data being assigned to the dialler
• Ensuring de-duplication methodologies, standardisation rules etc. are optimally set
• Establishing good working relationships and communication channels with relevant departments
• Providing campaign management and selection support to drive telemarketing performance
• Identifying and providing recommendations for continuous process improvement
• Ensuring documentation of policies, procedures and work processes is complete and up to date.
• Delivering and maintaining business reports for the organization and key stakeholders
• Assisting in developing BI/MI tools using system generated reporting and make recommendations for improvement
• Investigating, analysing, documenting and resolving reported defects
• Providing management level statistics and reports to monitor data progress
• Ensuring the business complies with a regulatory requirements (OFCOM/DMA et al)
• Liaising with Telesales Team Managers and Agents to maximize company campaigns
• Working with Key Stakeholders to define and update dialler strategy

The Person

• General dialler management skills (Noble or New Voice Media preferred)
• Strong background and demonstrable experience as a Senior Dialler Analyst or Dialler Manager is essential
• MI/BI and Data Manipulation experience is essential
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
• Experience in supporting and optimising multi-campaigns across a multi-site organisation
• Advanced MS Excel & Word user
• Intermediate knowledge, understanding and query ability in SQL
• Academic Qualification (Degree or Technical equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
• Team player – ability to fit in with team and department colleagues
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a B2B telemarketing environment
