Physioworld Ltd is a national private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice employing over 200+ physiotherapists of varying levels of experience across the country.
Due to further expansion we are looking for Physiotherapists (HCPC and CSP registered), who have a strong desire to become the best MSK physiotherapist they can become, and embark on our unrivalled 4 year MSK development programme.
The training and development of our clinical staff is paramount to achieving our goal "To provide world class cognitive and manual therapy to every patient that we see.". Each physiotherapist we employ is therefore placed on our unrivalled 4 year MSK development plan, which includes :
• A minimum of 60 minute 1:1 training every week with a designated clinical lead • A monthly 2 hour regional seminar • Bi-annual lectures delivered by Neil McDiarmid • Observation by a Senior clinician on a monthly basis • The opportunity to shadow a Senior clinician on a monthly basis • An invitation to attend an osteopathic training course • An invitation to attend an cadaver anatomy day • An invitation to attend an acupuncture training course • An invitation to attend an Society of Orthopaedic Medicine course • An invitation to attend an Injection therapy course
Dependent on geographical location, Physioworld is able to provide each clinician with a varied musculoskeletal caseload from numerous referral streams which is imperative to your development as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
In addition to this, therapists are systematically reviewed through clinical audits and senior clinician reviews to ensure that they are never exposed to a situation which is out of their scope of practice and as a result ensures the safety of the patient and physiotherapist at all times. This on-going training and development program not only meets, but exceeds the recommendations for CPD set out by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and care Professions Council (HCPC).
Job Description: Under the tutelage of a clinical lead physiotherapist manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients from medico-legal, NHS, and private sport referral streams.

As Lecturer/Assessor, you will assist in developing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating undergraduate programmes in computing with a particular focus upon software engineering. You will work across a range of programmes, i.e. AHED, BSc Honours degrees and Edexcel BTEC Level 2&3 Games Development and will explore, deliver and meet the needs of employers and their staff in relation to training and development requirements within the sector.
You will take responsibility for qualifications and work as part of a team as well as independently striving to continuously improve the performance and learner experience and will contribute to ensuring all public information is up to date and correct at all times, this includes all programme materials, VLE and website.
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess a Higher Degree (MA/MPhil/Msc/MEng) coupled with a degree in a relevant subject area. You will hold a recognised teaching qualification (or will be willing to pursue on appointment within an agreed timeframe) and will have teaching experience within the areas of provision identified above.
You will have a particular understanding of core concepts of software engineering including, but not limited to; agile development technologies, enterprise and mobile programming, object oriented programming and project supervision.
With demonstrable IT skills and a good knowledge of E learning, you will have experience of teaching higher education Level 4 and Level 5 and will have an ability to plan and deliver creatively differentiated learning strategies within the range of the timetabled teaching requirements.
Excellent organisational and time management ability are also essential in order to meet the demands of a busy curriculum and maintain administrative procedures, coupled with the ability to communicate appropriately with staff across all aspects of the students’ timetables and work as an effective team member.
