Field Sales Executive (B2C) - The role:
• Field based sales, working predominantly with customers in their own home
• Providing fully accredited energy assessments on domestic properties and proposing government/energy company incentivised home energy saving measures
• Generating own leads through referrals and recommendations
• Following up leads generated by our partnerships with all the major energy providers
• Fully expensed training and support will be provided at our Flagship Training Academy.

The successful Field Sales Executive (B2C) will be:
• An experienced field sales person with a proven track record in achieving sales in either a B2C or B2B environment
• Target driven, self motivated and someone who relishes working in a competitive environment
• Highly customer focused, professional and presentable
• Flexible with regards to working hours (will include evenings and weekends)

You must possess a full and current driving license (held for a min. of 12 months)

Our client is a national logistics business specialising within the automotive industry and is looking to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Planner to its site in Luton.

ROLE FOR A SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

The main functions of the role are:

To manage the logistics of all inbound materials and finished goods to a leading automotive business through a range of OEM’s and 3rd party logistics providers in a JIT (Just In Time) supply chain process.
To interpret the production plan and schedule materials from domestic and international suppliers to provide the timely supply of automotive parts to the production site.
To review the PSL for logistics partners and ensure due diligence and audits are carried out with existing and new suppliers to maintain the highest levels of conformance.
To work in close collaboration with the customer to achieve production targets and maintain effective stock levels, optimising LEAN methodologies and promoting best practice.
Monitor service levels and report on KPI’s and exception reporting for all suppliers.
To develop escalation plans for production issues or non-conformance which could interfere with either the timely supply of materials or the production and delivery of finished vehicles.


EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR A SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

You will be an experienced Supply Chain Planner, ideally with experience within the Automotive sector.
You will degree educated (or equivalent) with excellent PC skills and relevant systems knowledge for ERP and logistics planning software packages.
As you will be managing a small team of logistics co-ordinators, you will need good management skills and be able to inspire, train and motivate your team to deliver the business objectives and ensure succession planning is in place to facilitate the growth of the business.
You will be highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
You will be an effective communicator at both written and verbal levels, have a proactive approach to problem resolution and be confident at challenging in a constructive manner when necessary.
