As an Event Co-ordinator, you will work within the Communications team and be responsible for the planning and execution of all VIP visits, exhibitions and business events. Previous experience is essential but it is not essential that this has been within an engineering environment.
Event Co-ordinator key duties / responsibilities:
*Diary management, calendar invitations, catering, room bookings, security clearances as appropriate. *Co-ordination of presentations and all documentation required for the visit. *Administration and support for attendance / sponsorship of all events. *Coordinates, interprets, and implements policies and procedures as appropriate. *Develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. *Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; possession of a current driving licence and passport *Due to the nature of the business, the position is open only to candidates who can fulfil the necessary residency requirements to obtain an appropriate security clearance and who are eligible for or who currently hold a valid work permit for the UK
