Financial Services - Home & Landlord Insurance (buildings & contents): working on behalf of one of the UK's best known, FTSE 100 British multinational financial services company. Through making outbound calls you will be providing customers with the most relevant and tailored Insurance Policies to meet their needs, helping customers protect against certain unforeseen events affecting their home and properties.

Utilities - Gas & Electricity : representing an award winning comparison and switching company, making outbound calls to prospective customers helping customers compare and take advantage of the best prices on a range of gas and electricity products and services on offer from suppliers.

Customer Sales Advisor - the Successful Individuals;

- A superb telephone manner (well spoken, well pronounced and articulate) with the ability to build rapport with strangers quickly - asking engaging, effective and tactful questioning, listening well to customers whilst accurately reading a script and accurately documenting information

- A natural sales flair to convince and influence, spot sales opportunities, maximise sales opportunities and confidence to close sales opportunities

- Common sense and quickness of mind, with the ability to learn very quickly, retain and assimilate vast amounts of technical information

- Happy and resilient disposition with an impressive determination to succeed to ensure success and customer satisfaction every time, with never ending enthusiasm and passion when making or receiving high volumes of calls

- Able to operate & perform within our standards and those of our client, understanding and adhering to industry rules and regulations, as well as internal compliance rules, company standards, and performance metrics

- Ideally a successful sales background, with proven experience working in fast paced, targeted sales environment, however your desire and drive to succeed is more important to us than previous experience
