Utilities - Gas & Electricity: another one of our brand new departments, representing an award winning comparison and switching company, making outbound calls to prospective customers helping customers compare and take advantage of the best prices on a range of gas and electricity products and services on offer from suppliers.

Customer Sales Advisor – The Roles

Every call will be as individual as the customer you are speaking with. You will be part of a very driven and very fast paced, lively call centre environment, where individuals really do thrive. Through your high-spirited, engaging and personal touch you will be the type of individual who goes the extra mile every time, providing customers with the most relevant and tailored packages to meet their needs.

Essential skills of the successful Customer Sales Advisor

- Vivacious, can do, and flexible attitude, with never ending enthusiasm and passion when making or receiving high volumes of calls

- Exceptional communication skills, well spoken (well pronounced and articulate), numerate, with the ability to learn very quickly and retain and assimilate vast amounts of information

- A natural flair for sales, with effective and tactful questioning, asking engaging questions, listening well to customers whilst accurately documenting

- Ability to operate & perform within our standards and those of our clients, understanding and adhering to industry rules and regulations, as well as internal compliance rules, company standards, and performance metrics

- Ideally experience in similar positions, however your desire and drive is more important to us than previous experience of doing a role like this

- A superb telephone manner (well spoken, well pronounced and articulate) with the ability to build rapport with strangers quickly - asking engaging, effective and tactful questioning, listening well to customers whilst accurately reading a script and accurately documenting information

- Happy and resilient disposition with an impressive determination to succeed to ensure success and customer satisfaction every time
