Field Sales and Marketing Promotor Wanted

Good people can expect to earn between £500 and £700 per Week, Exceptional people even more.

This is a permanent full time position (Not self -employed) You will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per year and remuneration is by way of a basic hourly rate, travel pay, car allowance and generous performance bonus.

During your initial training period you can expect to earn between £350 and £400 per week but your potential earnings will increase significantly after that training.

You will work during the daytime Monday to Friday and there is no evening or weekend work involved. You need work only six hours each day plus an average of an hour travel time each way to your area of work. Start and finish times are flexible and you can work more hours if you want to earn even more money.

This work involves calling on elderly home owners creating interest in our client's adjustable beds and chairs and there is absolutely no selling of the product involved

To be successful you need an outgoing personality and a friendly manner and although experience is useful it is not essential as full initial and on-going training is given.

Age is certainly no barrier and they encourage both young people looking to break into the sales industry and mature / retired people to apply.

Their most successful people have previous experience calling on householders persuading them to change energy suppliers and they would be especially interested in hearing from candidates from this type of environment.

You will need your own car to travel to areas of work but you will be reimbursed all fuel costs, paid for your travel time and given a car allowance of around £4,000 per year.

Responsibilities will include assisting with the coaching and training of the team, provide customers on Ocean Cruise brands with a high level of care and service throughout the brand experience, and assisting in the maintenance of a workflow overview, ensuring deadlines of the team are achieved.

The Senior Customer Services Executive - Cruise will need to have;

- Education to A-level or equivalent study

- Minimum of two years' experience within a Customer Service role

- Experience of working in a target driven environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Extensive travel and cruising experience (preferred)

- An enthusiastic and motivated approach with good attention to detail

- Good time-keeping and punctuality

- Experience of NVS reservations system (desirable)

- First-rate letter writing expertise regarding handling travel related complaints

• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Hold a full valid driving license and/or*access to a form of transport which will allow the post holder to meet the requirements of the job in full. (*This refers to any candidate who has declared that they have a disability which debars them from driving.)
Desirable Criteria includes:
• A good understanding of work based learning and competency assessment
• Knowledge of funding compliance and audit requirements in the adult education sector
You will possess IT Skills and are self motivated, you must be flexible, pragmatic and open to change, be a team player and contribute to a positive working environment, with the desire to 'make a difference'
The post holder's duties will require them to be able to travel across all parts of the UK for meetings/activities which may occasionally extend beyond normal office hours.
