TTE delivers the highest quality engineering apprentices to companies in process manufacturing industries in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Nuclear Power, Engineering and Pharmaceutical sectors and has received numerous RoSPA and British Safety Council Awards as well as a recent Grade 2 from OFSTED.

We are looking for someone with process manufacturing industry experience to deliver training to our apprentices at our bespoke Ellesmere Port training centre. Competence in industrial process operations with proven knowledge and experience on plant and process would be a distinct advantage.

Mandatory Experience/Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years post-apprentice experience in industry in Process Operations
- Hold a minimum qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Downstream/Upstream Process Operations
- A sound knowledge of Process Operation principles
- Good numeracy, literacy and computer skills
- Communicate effectively both orally, and in writing, with learners, employers and other professionals

Desireable Experience/Qualifications

- Experience in the delivery and development of nationally recognised engineering education and training
- Hold or working towards CTLLS, NVQ Level 3 in Direct Training & Support, A1 and/or V1 (D32/D33/D34), Cert. Ed.
- Experience of Training Needs Analysis and Programme Design

- Can take ownership of problems and assignment to resolution
- Shows leadership when appropriate but is also a team player
- Clear thinking and a simple communicator
- Proven ability, maturity and confidence to deal with a diverse range of personnel

Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively

To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and to take part fully in on and off site promotions run by the department
