They are currently looking for an experienced Heating Engineer to join their Direct Labour Service (DLS). The key responsibility of this role will be to provide a maintenance service to the Group’s properties especially dealing with the annual gas servicing, breakdown and replacement.

Within this role you will be responsible for the servicing of all domestic heating systems and diagnosing faults in domestic heating and plumbing. You will carry out gas safety checks with boiler / central heating repairs and other associated plumbing repairs in the group’s managed properties. Within this role, you will also be responsible for supervising apprentices, training them to the standards expected and ensuring that they work in a safe and efficient manner.

The successful candidate for this role will have worked in a similar role previously and must hold an up to date A.C.O.P.S certificate as well as Gas Safe Registration. With experience of plumbing work on domestic systems and appliances you will ideally be experienced with commercial heating systems and have worked successfully in diagnosing faults whilst carrying out repairs and services.
