THE PERSON:

Drivers must hold a LGV C+E UK licence and a digicard, it must be a full UK licence, and have been held for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points. Only SP and CU offences allowed.

You need to have a professional and flexible attitude and can start immediately.

You need to be available to work weekends, especially Sundays as this is the busiest day of the week.

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well known high street retailer based at magna park Lutterworth.

THE PACKAGE:

Drivers will be paid a minimum of £10.00 p/h as PAYE Monday to Friday more at weekends

Ltd drivers will be paid a minimum of £11.00 p/h. Umbrella drivers also welcome. This is ongoing work all year round.

The Job:

The Person Specification:

• Must hold level 2 Literacy and Numeracy and working towards Level 3
• In possession of a relevant level 4 teaching qualification (e.g. C&G 7407 stage 1 and 2 C&G 7407 stage 1 & 2, C&G 7304, CTTLS)
• Previous training experience
• Continued membership of IFL
• Adept communicator with the ability to persuade, influence and listen to others
• Displaying strong motivational, customer service and organisational skills
• Competent training delivery professional, encompassing equality of opportunity strategies and adhering to the company’s Safeguarding Policy
• Competent in the use of technology with excellent IT and administrative skills
