- Manage and carry out a monitoring plan in order to analyse the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements including FSC (e.g. COBS, SYSC, and TC), data protection, information security, anti-fraud, money laundering and business continuity requirements.


Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5 year’s experience within the Financial Services industry
- 5 years experience of Compliance, preferably in the Investment and Life Protection sectors.
- Ideally 2 years experience of Investment Products.
- Ideally previous experience of Controlled Function 10 and 11, if not experience of dealing with the Regulators and significant working knowledge of the FCA Handbook.
- Experience in financial services (ideally 1-2 years), preferably with some working knowledge of the FCA handbook and its practical application or within a third party administration firm.
- Experience of monitoring, risk management and/or internal audit skills.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills and be a strong team player.

You will check engineering deliverables meet project specifications and both support and participate in ongoing improvements of existing designs, materials and methods to reduce the cost of manufacture, time to market or improve the performance of company products, whilst actively supporting Value Engineering initiatives.
