This charity, as part of a national lottery funded project, are looking for a developer with expert knowledge of web technologies.

Essentials:

- Excellent PHP, MySQL and Javascript skills
- Able to hand code HTML and CSS
- Photoshop skills

Ideally:

- Experience with LMS systems like Moodle and Totara
- Knowledge of an MVC framework, eg Symfony, Yii, CakePHP, Laravel, etc

The latest development their team is working on is to bring all these features together into one hybrid kiosk.

They have recently completed projects for a number of UK retailers, for online and Instore photo ordering systems.

Main Responsibilities:

- Continuing development of the ordering platforms (Rails), including associated technologies (Ruby).

- Feeding customer requirements into the development process and feeding back projected timescales.

- Providing backup consultation for tricky support issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

You care about building high quality, robust systems with a strong emphasis on good UI design. You care about making both the code and product look good. You enjoy using multiple technologies in new and interesting combinations. You work well within a team and enjoy the challenges of innovating on a timescale in a fast-paced market.

Skills and Experience:
