1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support Technician required for a well-established team supporting various world class ERP packages and related products.
The right candidate must have experience with either Sage, Pegasus, Navision or similar product with at least 18 months minimum on a support desk or within a consultancy role. Good use and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of products would be an advantage.
Full product training, orientation and mentoring is provided in a combination of structured training, self-paced learning and vocational training.
You will also have a good working knowledge of financial accounting principles and methods from either a former accounting or book keeping role or a relevant qualification as well as a range of relevant technical skills.

Our client is a well-established telecommunications reseller involved in the installation, maintenance and support of voice and data products across the UK. The company has been trading for many years, is expanding and stable, it has an excellent portfolio of products and is a reseller on behalf of world-class telecoms manufacturers such as Splicecom.
Due to continued success there is now a requirement for an additional Splicecom trained Field Engineer to join the team. The ideal living location is Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, London or surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have experience in installing and maintaining Splicecom business phone systems. The role is a mixture of maintenance and installation, mainly covering the South of England with some nationwide travel.
Ideally you will have the following experience:
