Project Co-ordinator / Administrator - Entry Level Opportunity Chester, Cheshire Up to �21,000 Plus Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare Are you an efficient and organised individual looking to develop a career in administration? Our client is an established company that provides high quality products and services to power networks across the globe. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their team. As a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator, you will be responsible for providing project office support to our client's Development and Software Teams. You'll also support the Development Director in the co-ordination of investment opportunities and other development projects. Undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, you'll organise travel, update timesheets, oversee the holiday calendar and organise meetings. Handling multiple tasks and priorities, you'll also manage our client's financial systems. This will include collating project information, producing commencement forms, raising projects on financial systems and updating project files. Your other duties will include: - Producing invoices - Providing financial information to the Global Operations Director and Development Director - Interacting with all levels of personnel To be considered for this role, you must have: - Proficiency using MS Office applications - At a minimum, GCSEs, including English and Maths at grade C or above As a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator, you must possess excellent communication and numeracy skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Proactive and methodical, you must also have strong attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and the willingness to learn new skills. Completion of higher education would be beneficial to your application, as would an ECDL qualification. Familiarisation with Maximiser and Epicor would also be advantageous.
