The Opportunity:

The Purpose of the Sales Executive role is to assist couples and families to find and buy the best lodge or seaside holiday homes for them. You will be required to build relationships with every customer you speak to, to ensure their visit is a positive and happy experience that reflects and promotes Haulfryn's great reputation.

Sales Executive duties will also include:

- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to buy and sell new and used homes.

- Efficiently and effectively dealing with all sales enquiries.

- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction are maintained at all times.

- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of developments in the Holiday Park market and contributes to the formulation of Sales plans and initiatives to ensure ongoing business growth.

- Monitoring competitor business activities and performance to maintain effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

- Showing and presenting holiday homes to potential customers

- Ensuring that we continue to sustain our reputation with excellent service.

The Individual:

The perfect Sales Executive will already have prior sales experience however this is not essential, as full training will be given. You will need to be ambitious, self-motivated, organised and have a great personality to help build rapport with new and potential customers.

You will also need:

- To be results driven

- Good English skills, both written and oral

- To be flexible and adaptive

- The ability to meet KPI's

- A high standard of customer care

- Excellent time keeping and attendance record
