The successful Technical Support Analyst will receive a basic salary of £14,000-£20,000 per annum dependant on previous experience.

There is now a requirement for a Desk Based Account Manager to join the team. This is a mixed and varied role however the main focus of this position will be to assist the management and support of the company's client base. The account manager will be the main point of contact for a set client base of clients. It will be the responsibility of the account manager to ensure they are in regular contact with their client accounts to ensure the clients are receiving the products and service levels they require.

Key duties and scope of the role:
*To ensure high client retention. *Deliver proactive account management to a portfolio of accounts *Plan and complete regular update calls and emails with client portfolio *Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio *Maximise revenue and margin within client portfolio whilst ensuring the client is receiving value *To help create client briefs liaise with internal departments to ensure client requests are followed up and required actions are completed in timeframes acceptable to the client
*Assist with proactive lead generation for new customers and prospect database management *Develop relationships with new clients *Generate new opportunities from existing client base and where appropriate pass them on to the field Sales Team *Develop and manage relationships with key members of the Sales Team *Assist Sales Team with proposals, follow ups and booking meetings

Ideally you will have the following experience:
*Minimum 2 years Avaya IP Office/Server Edition installation and technical support experience. *Ideally ACIS/AIPS/ACSS accredited. *Familiar with WAN/LAN and associated IP technologies *Configuration, monitoring and fault finding - routers and data switches *Experience in IP Telephony *Any experience on the Mitel HX5000 is a plus (though not essential) *Excellent communication skills both orally and written are prerequisite * Experience in installation and fault finding on both traditional telephony cabling and structured wiring systems
This is an interesting and varied role involving field based support and maintenance, remote diagnostics, new system installation & commissioning, together with office based Technical Support responsibilities.
