The individuals that you will be working with have Autism Spectrum Conditions. You will also act as Key worker to one or more service users ensuring they are involved in their support planning and risk assessment and keep this information up to date having the skills to key work one or more service user is desireable.

You will be compassionate and caring in your approach to support and care as you will be responsible for supporting service user with Autism and Learning Disabilities with their physical and emotional needs, including personal care, in a way that is respectful and promotes individual needs and rights. You will be creative and solution focussed with a positive can-do attitude that will put service users at the heart of everything you do.

Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise with internal and external stakeholders with utmost professionalism. A good standard of IT skills are required as you will be expected to complete support plans online. You will be a proficient multi-tasker who is able to manage and prioritise an often busy workload.

Please note that experience of working with people with Autism and learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviours is essential to the role.

This is a full/part-time role of 36 hours per week. The hourly rate / salary range is £8.12 per hour to £15,200 per annum including Inner London Weighting depending on your experience and level.

All roles will involve working evenings, weekends, sleep ins and bank holidays Therefore we are looking for people who are highly flexible and can meet the needs of our service users. We have a number of fixed hours positions both full and part time.
