Salary: £25,000 to £28,000

Our client is recognised as one of the leading event management companies in the UK. From NEC and Earls Court to the Trafford Centre, they stage over 600 live experiences a year in venues of all shapes and sizes across the UK, Europe and beyond.

They are driven by a desire to make an impact. They need people who can enrich their unique offer; creative thinkers who are not afraid to drive through ideas with passion. People who believe that sustainability matters.

On offer is more than just a competitive package. With the right attitude, there are no boundaries to your professional and personal journey. In return, they ask for your commitment and your brilliance.

Your Role:

You're responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of some of the most exciting and challenging small to mid-scale experiential events and brand campaigns. You'll work with a diverse range of valued clients, as well as alongside the Senior Project Manager / Project Director to deliver specific areas of major projects for a prestigious roster of FTSE Top 100 companies.

You'll lead from the front on all your projects, coordinating in-house Events, Operations and Creative teams to deliver work efficiently, sustainably, profitably and on time. Under your expert stewardship, the end product will not only meet gross margins, but gain repeat business through exceptional customer satisfaction, audience engagement and word of mouth.

You'll manage costs and budgets, conduct site visits, map and monitor project progress, manage suppliers, adhere to client-specific KPIs and input into review meetings and debriefs. You'll also work closely with the Accounts Team on a wide range of important pitches and major tenders.

Your Talents:

You're a dynamic and confident hard worker with a good knowledge of business across all sectors of the UK economy. Your strong process approach means you're adept at managing mid-scale projects end-to-end, or specific areas of larger projects, ideally in a production environment.

Your passion and personality helps build effective working relationships at all levels of business.

You're an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, developing close-knit and cohesive teams. You're adept at influencing and negotiating, but have the empathy and tact to read each situation from all angles. You cope well with change, with the creativity and flexibility to manage several projects at once, often across the full communications mix. You keep a cool head, solving problems and making effective decisions under pressure.

Above all you're ambitious and committed, with a burning desire to develop your future career and work closely with some of the most talented creative minds in the business - not to mention some of the world's best-known brands.
