We are looking for an IT systems support administrator with solid IT/Network support experience using Exchange server and to join a busy and expanding IT & Telecoms UK Leader.

You should have a minimum of 3 years previous IT experience, including supporting a network together with experience of all Microsoft Desk Top, Exchange Server and Operating systems; you should hold a Microsoft Certified Professional certificate in SQL and Exchange Server ideally. Knowledge of computer hardware and networking is essential. You should ideally be educated to 'A' level or equivalent, preferably in a computer-related subject.

IT accreditations (ideally MCP qualifications) are essential for any applicants applying for this role, please note accreditations will need to be shown at interview stage.

Strong customer focus and an ability to communicate at a high standard to all levels together with a 'can do' 'will do' attitude are essential. You should have the ability to learn quickly, prioritise and to work to tight deadlines as well as to work well under pressure. You must be able to demonstrate relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a necessity for this important role. You will also need a full driving licence and your own transport as there will be some travel to other offices in the Midlands and South East of England.

The salary is to £30K (neg. depending on experience) Hours - 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

This IT support company are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st/2nd Line Support services to their clients. You will be required to help manage the service desk to ensure all support calls are dealt with in a professional manner and within the designated time. Where the issue requires third line support, you will be expected to escalate the call and keep the client updated.

Other duties may involve checking back-ups, installing new hardware, or helping a client move office.

Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm.

From time to time, you could be required to work during an evening or weekend. Overtime will be paid as applicable.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping people, proactive and professional with a commitment to the customers, the company, the role and their own personal development.

The role will be reporting to the Support Desk Team Leader.

Some travelling to other business premises and partner premises would be involved so a full clean driving licence is required.
