Joining a team as Mac 1st and 2nd line IT Support Analyst you will be proving Mac focused IT support to users in a predominantly Apple Mac creative environment. Fantastic place to work – around 50 users – sociable and friendly environment. Casual dress (jeans and t-shirts), relaxed feel. This is a very hands-on role. You will be building relationships with users including setting up new starters. It is mainly face-to-face support – there is not much if any remote support – it is all about mingling, meeting people and gaining trust.

It is a busy role and you have to have a good manner with demanding creative users with strict deadlines – it is a very open plan, flat structure, dynamic media environment.

You will need to be adaptable and a background in a consultancy or outsourcing environment is very useful. You will spend some of your time on-site and some on a Service Desk in-house and be able to commute to Central London easily.
