If you're a creative Digital Manager and bursting with ideas, with experience of devising and driving online strategy across an organisation then we want to hear from you. You will have a successful track record in the strategic management of web development and e-communications projects, be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of SEO, analytics and be able to produce sparkling digital content which makes a difference across relevant channels and platforms. Experience of leading and working with a wide variety of stakeholder groups will be key, as will an ability to inspire and create effective digital engagement with a range of different stakeholder groups.

Working with a number of blue chip clients and operating within a number of different industries, the agency is now seeking an experienced Account Manager to help them maintain their digital projects particularly in the area of Motorsports.
The Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to assist with projects across Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa on behalf of one of the world's leading companies. Integrating with the client's network of other agencies in Europe and America you will support the clients digital marketing efforts across their B2C focused digital properties, assisting with project oversight and recommendations as well as day-to-day tasks across the whole account. You will be working within the existing digital account team reporting into the Digital Account Director.
The Responsibilities

Working across a selection of digital platforms with a predominantly B2C focus on complex digital projects across desktop/Mobile/Tablet and through websites/Apps/EComms. This role has a strong Motorsports focus. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Work with Clients on projects from initial brief and conception through to strategy, development and implementation. Take full responsibility for project management including: briefing, supervising and presenting work, monitoring progress, schedules and costs on all jobs. Support with the development of the Clients' yearly marketing plans and further to 3 and 5 year plans. Work with each aspect of the design, build and integrated marketing teams and other agencies to ensure digital needs are met across all projects. Work with wider agency teams and Clients to develop digital activation of broader campaigns and projects. Help build and deliver digital campaign objectives that reflect commercial business goals and KPI measurement. Provide digital support and guidance at events and tradeshows. Report on the performance of live digital campaigns as well as providing campaign overviews and campaign recommendations to the internal teams as well as clients. Develop optimisation and tracking techniques that support the campaign goals. Ensure that accurate and comprehensive financial records are maintained for every project being managed and ensuring that Clients are billed correctly, on time. Ensure that Status and Contact Reports are produced accurately and in good time Work with Account Directors to: Maintain agreed strategic direction for each Client Develop and implement Client development plans Identify opportunities to add value and generate profit Represent agency - maintaining standards in all external dealings. Develop and share knowledge of the digital and Client marketplaces with the rest of the agency. Maintain understanding of the digital landscape and Client marketplaces. Raise personal profile with Clients





Key Requirements
