- A strong background in forensic laboratory practices and procedures gained as a Cell Site Analyst, coupled with giving evidence in court as an expert witness is essential.

In addition you must demonstrate:-

- A sound understanding of GSM and UMTS networks.
- Experience of surveying and analysing data from radio networks.
- A good working knowledge of UK geography.
- An understanding of the ACPO guidelines for dealing with digital evidence.
- An understanding of the rules of evidence, expert witness duties and disclosure legislation under CPIA.
- Able to produce written reports of findings in non-technical, jargon free language and be able to present those findings in court if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem solving attitude.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain casework with minimal supervision.
- An understanding of equality and diversity issues within the workplace, particularly those that may relate to digital investigations.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Able to pass in depth security vetting.

We require a full time Customer Co-ordinator to join our team, operating within the Social Care Access Service. This service is run by Serco in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council.

You will be required to complete scheduled care reviews (by visit or by telephone) for service users living in the community; including older people, people with physical disabilities and those suffering with dementia; with a view to adjusting and amending the services they receive to reflect any changes in need.

* To provide and review simple pieces of equipment to assist with activities of daily living (following appropriate training)

* To help service users plan resources to meet their agreed outcomes in a flexible and holistic way, taking into account both commissioned services and other resources available to the service user, including providing information, advice and signposting to other organisations or services.

* To complete referrals to other services as a result of the review, for example enabling homecare, Telecare provision, or further specialist assessments (e.g. assessment by an Occupational Therapist).

Essential skills & experience

* Good communication, accurate recording and computer skills are essential

* Must hold a clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for working hours - Be a well organised, committed team player

* Be able to communicate with a range of people, including service users who may have physical disabilities, be elderly and frail or have dementia, and also their family, carers and providers of services. This will require tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and negotiation skills

* You will need a positive approach to helping people achieve the right level of care whilst understanding the Council`s need to economise and achieve their budget requirements

* An ability to work independently and with initiative, within agreed policies and procedures, is a must

* Ability to work to deadlines

- Be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain casework with minimal supervision.
- Adopt a methodical, logical approach to casework.
- Be able to demonstrate resilience when dealing with material that some people may find disturbing.

- Ideally you will hold a PGDip/BSc/MSc in a related field.
