They are seeking an experienced Cell Site Analysis Specialist to join their Digital Forensics Team, providing a range of digital forensics services to their clients.

You will be expected to have a solid foundation of technical experience and expertise gained from working on law enforcement or defence cell site analysis work.

Key areas of responsibility will include:-

- The collection and analysis of network survey data using industry standard methodologies and techniques and presenting your findings at case conferences and in Court.
- Communicating the progress of all assignments in support of the Digital Investigations Manager
- Applying validated tools, policies and procedures, following technical direction from the Digital Investigations Manager
- Producing comprehensive reports of your findings in a non-technical jargon free language and presenting those findings in Court if necessary.
- Attending case conferences and court hearings, presenting your findings and giving expert evidence where appropriate.
- A strong background in forensic laboratory practices and procedures gained as a Cell Site Analyst, coupled with giving evidence in court as an expert witness is essential.

In addition you must demonstrate:-

- A sound understanding of GSM and UMTS networks.
- Experience of surveying and analysing data from radio networks.
- A good working knowledge of UK geography.
- An understanding of the ACPO guidelines for dealing with digital evidence.
- An understanding of the rules of evidence, expert witness duties and disclosure legislation under CPIA.
- Able to produce written reports of findings in non-technical, jargon free language and be able to present those findings in court if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem solving attitude.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain casework with minimal supervision.
- An understanding of equality and diversity issues within the workplace, particularly those that may relate to digital investigations.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Able to pass in depth security vetting.
- Ideally holding a relevant degree, experience of LTE 4G networks and previous employment with a network provider would be an advantage.

- Be experienced in the acquisition, analysis and reporting of mobile devices i.e. mobile telephones, tablets etc.
- Be familiar with and have undertaken formal training in one or more forensic tools such as CelleBrite, .XRY etc.
- Possess an understanding of the rules of evidence, expert witness duties and disclosure legislation under CPIA.
- Be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain casework with minimal supervision.
- Adopt a methodical, logical approach to casework.
- Be able to demonstrate resilience when dealing with material that some people may find disturbing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of equality and diversity issues within the workplace, particularly those that may relate to digital investigations.
- Ideally you will hold a PGDip/BSc/MSc in a related field.
