• Establishing a new portfolio of clients and developing your own desk
• To maximise business opportunities within our existing clients through up selling

• Recruit and maintain a database of candidates primarily for temporary contracts


The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experiences:

• Proven previous experience within a contract employment business / temporary recruitment agency within a UK and EU engineering sector
• Experience in contract / temporary aerospace recruitment
• Excellent sales / business development / account management skills
• A drive to progress their career and develop the business
• Experience of working towards targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at a senior level
• Attention to detail


In return you will receive a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 pa dependant on experience plus uncapped commission OTE £50,000 - £70,000 and private medical scheme.
