SUMMARY
Manages the operation of manual and computerized equipment located in the production areas. Supervises the activity of production personnel. Supervise production team, including: setting goals and objectives; providing opportunities for future growth and advancement; training and supervising Production employees
Act as liaison between departments, including coordination of on-side manufacturing and US department needs and requirements.
Create production travelers
Control and update calibration of equipment.
Write work instructions, LHRs, planned deviations, NCMRs, change orders, protocols and maintenance schedules related to the production process.
Ensure the production areas are in compliance (ISO and internal audits)

Production flow analysis
Schedule and execute production builds

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cooperates and assists all departments in resolving issues related to manufacturing and the UK site. Communicates directly with the Sr. Director of Operations on all employee issues.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of Medical GMP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, ISO standards preferred
MRP experience a plus

Updates/Maintains Quality Databases.
Closes & Reviews open LHRs and Service records.
Manages the training process including printing and assemble of the training binders.
Performs QA Review of History Records and then Product Release.
Assists in audits and publish Audit Reports (Internal and External).
Maintains the CAPAs, Complaints, & Audits Systems for the facility.
Performs QC function for incoming and in-process inspection of product.
Assists QA management with special projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Excellent working understanding of ISO 13485/9001 ability to apply knowledge to medical device manufacturing and test facility.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance (PM), Nonconforming Material Reporting (NCMR), Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA), Calibration, Inspection/Test, Process Controls and Auditing in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Electronic / Manufacturing Resource Planning (ERP / MRP) Systems is a plus.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Medical Device Field (ISO 13485) required.
Bachelor’s Degree, or, Foundation Degree with minimum 4 years work experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control.
Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer a plus.

SUMMARY
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for the delivery of pre and post-sales support to Cytori’s customers in the EMEA region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for responding to calls and email inquiries directed to Customer Service in a timely manner
Understands the key benefits and features of Cytori products and is able to articulate product descriptions to customers
Coordinates/fulfills Customer Service/Marketing requests made by distributors or customers
Manages the processing of purchase orders, returns and exchanges, credit memos/debit memos, and customer account applications
Process customer invoices and assist in quarterly Accounts Receivables collections effort
Acts as liaison between customers, Sales/Marketing, Accounting, Shipping/Receiving, Medical Affairs, and Quality to resolve order status, delivery, warranty and billing inquiries
Communicates with management and executive management to report weekly sales metrics, customer feedback and complains, product delivery issues, product shipment and return trends
Works closely with CRM tool to maintain integrity of sales database
Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and identifies opportunities for process improvements and value-add to our customers, sales team members, and internal departments
Coordinates with manufacturing to manage production timelines and shipment schedules
Organizes e-mail campaigns to sales force, direct customers and distributors regarding product updates, program implementations, and other correspondence as needed
Serves as liaison between Accounting Department and Customers regarding outstanding account balances, invoice inquiries, and billing discrepancies
Provide administrative assistance (i.e. expense reports, wire transfers, etc.) as needed.
Manages or assists in the management and delivery of EMEA events.
Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies and office inventory control.
Other duties may be assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Excellent customer support skills required. Ability to speak effectively over the telephone and in person with customers and employees at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated success with various customer service questions, complaints and problems
