THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working with disabled people in a voluntary or paid capacity and will need to be flexible in the hours they are available to work. You must be able to maintain professional boundaries, be patient and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Although not essential as full training will be provided a relevant Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.

Previous experience working with disabled people in a voluntary or paid capacity
Must be flexible in the hours you can work
