Purpose of the Job

To have wide overall responsibility for the delivery of data management and external communications project in conjunction with the Board and alongside the IT and Marketing teams.

List Principal Responsibilities/Duties

* Responsibility for the upkeep and control on the quality of data within the organisation working with the office heads to deliver
* Continued Development of a Customer Relationship Management culture within the organisation in conjunction with the office heads, the IT and Marketing teams;
* Provide and improve the process for delivery of the data requirements of the Marketing function.
* Build on the structure of data held.
* Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures and ensure compliance with legislation.
* Oversee and deliver in conjunction with staff the training of database administrators and users.
* Develop effective management information for evaluation of data quality and customer relationship management systems.
* Be responsible for budgets and costs associated with the project.
