Within our Clients PeopleSoft department, there is an immediate requirement for a HR Systems Advisor to join them for a secondment role for 6 months starting as soon as possible.

The prime role of the HR Systems Advisor is to act as the first line system support and to receive, log and wherever possible immediately resolve PeopleSoft HR system and related process queries. Where the problem cannot be resolved, you will then progress the call via a second level support within the PeopleSoft team or wider HR function; the system covers users at all levels including executive teams, managers and administrators and is the primary interface for all system activity between users and the wider HR function.

With strong communication skills and the ability to impart knowledge to others in a non-technical manner, you will thrive under pressure and be capable of recognising the severity of a problem and when to seek assistance or escalation. You will have experience of a helpdesk / customer service operation, a broad IT desktop and business systems knowledge and an understanding of HR function/HR processes. Knowledge of the PeopleSoft system would be preferred but is not necessarily essential.
