Excellent opportunities have now arisen for 2 Industry Operations Analysts to join their Industry Operations Team at our office in Chippenham. The Industry Operations Team is responsible for the timely flow of customer information and accurate data between our client and the Industry itself.

As Industry Operations Analyst, your role will be focused on analyzing customer data and resolving discrepancies, the complexity and nature of which will vary. You will be responsible for managing data flows between central industry systems and our client’s systems and you will review and resolve customer data discrepancies prior to and post migration to a new metering and data systems company and CRM system.

In order to succeed in this role, you will possess previous data processing and analysis experience and will be a confident/experienced Excel user. With previous experience of navigating customer databases, you will also have experience of liaising with suppliers and customers.

You will be an accurate worker, great with detail and will be careful, methodical and enjoy solving problems. You will also be happy learning new systems and processes.

Excellent opportunities have now arisen for 2 Customer Advisors to join the company to be part of Account Resolution & Complaints Team, which is responsible for resolving complex and technical sales and service queries and complaints across all of Good Energy’s products and services.

Utilising a high level of expertise, the Customer Advisor (Account Resolution & Complaints) will offer technical support and service excellence to both internal and external customers. With a strong focus on query prevention, this role demands a desire to continually drive service improvements through process improvements and training.

You will investigate and manage customer account issues to ensure service excellence; interacting with all other operational teams and customers as appropriate to ensure a quick, accurate resolution. Whilst maintaining clear and timely communication with the customer to manage their expectations and keep them updated on the status of the issue, you will ensure all accounts are actioned in line with standard KPI’s.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced, complex environment. Ideally, with knowledge or experience of the electricity and gas industries, you will have an excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude that is solution focused and will be conscientious with a high level accuracy and keen attention to detail. You will also have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

You will be a team worker and will remain conscientious and responsible for your own workload at all times.
