Key duties as the Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant will include:

- Organising tri-weekly meetings with the department Heads and the CEO

- Hosting meetings, circulating the agenda, documenting minutes and distributing them.

- Following up with senior management to ensure that action points have been acknowledged and dealt with and projects are running to the specified time frame.

- Responsibility for monitoring outbound emails, diarising deadlines and chasing to ensure timelines are being adhered to and updating the CEO as necessary

- Review all inbound communication, flagging anything that requires an immediate business critical response.

- Organising all travel, ensuring a detailed travel itinerary is provided, visas are organised, hotels booked and transportation is available at the airport

- Collate expenses for payment in a timely manner

- Organise monthly reviews on behalf of the CEO with his direct reports

- Dealing with administration tasks such as making enquiries to job boards

- Providing support to other areas of the business as necessary.

Key Skills needed are

- Previous, relevant, recent experience of working in a dynamic environment as a Personal Assistant

- Excellent communication Skills

- The ability to manage the MD's and sales Directors expectations

- Discretion and confidentiality, as you will have access to confidential information

- A dynamic and fun personality

- The ability to not take things too seriously

- A smile at all times

- A "What else can I do attitude"

An ideal Technical Assistant will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Be highly organised, meticulous and methodical.
• Need to have excellent attention to detail and possess good concentration and time management skills.
• Ideally you will have experience working within the cosmetics/toiletries industry and have some scientific knowledge; although this is not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.
• You will have to be of a technical mind as this role will involve a lot of research into regulatory affairs.
• Already be in a similar role and has some scientific knowledge (A level standard is fine) - or who can demonstrate that they have been in a role that has required a lot of repetition and patience.

In return you will receive a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
