The role holder will report to the Head of Systems, Compliance & Customer and will work closely with colleagues across Corporate Operations to develop and run a single multi-disciplined Service Centre. You will be responsible for assisting with the strategic direction of Corporate Operation including maximising efficiency, promoting value for money, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the service embraces change and achieves high customer satisfaction levels.
The Operations Service Centre Manager will be responsible for delivering and managing a high quality, customer focussed and efficient service for Corporate Operations through the service centre which will involve focussing on the customer's needs and expectations, while at the same time developing and moving the customer, where appropriate, to self-service channels.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong background in:

Experience within a Service desk/Contact centre environment Demonstrable track record of providing inspirational leadership Demonstrable experience of leading and managing people in a complex environment. Understand the principles of effective project/change management Detailed knowledge and experience of using the principles of effective performance measurement Strong delivery and continuous improvement experience Significant experience of staff management including, inspiring and motivating colleagues to achieve targets and goals, while moving through significant change Significant experience andhighly developed interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels. Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple Services, customers and the wider organisation
