Daily Responsibilities - Responsible for the care and maintenance of all controls equipment as per company policy, for all sites visited under a service agreement:

- Attending callouts and breakdowns as and when required
- Prepare and install site and system graphics and software as required
- Commissioning Controls Systems, Wiring and Commissioning schedules, updating Control Panel Drawings and the description of operation
- Ensure all projects meet the clients/consultants design spec in relation to installation, design and implementation
- Complete site reports for each visit performed, detailing work carried out and future recommendations
- Responsible for diligent demonstration and handover to client on projects
- Where appropriate provide field quotes for additional site work
- Carry out Site Surveys and provide fully detailed reports with recommendations
- Liaise with Sub-contractors and clients and report back any changes or issues
- Ensure all projects meet the Programme of Works and report back to the Project Engineer where issues occur
- Update the Server on a regular basis

Skills and Qualifications:

- Effective communicator both written and verbally
- Strong team player
- Customer focused
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Qualified to at least ONC level in electrical Installation
- Ideally previous experience with HVAC Controls industry

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch. (some working away from home may be required)

You will also be provided with a company vehicle (business use only), fuel card, mobile phone (business use only), iPad (business use only), uniform, Health and Safety training, in-house training on company products and 28 days paid holiday inc bank holidays.

The working hours of this role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm. Overtime and Saturdays will be available. You must be available for on call work (one week every 2-3 months).

- A full driving licence (No bans); 
- Be able to commute to around the Crawley area, as well as travel to other airports;
- Flexibility in working hours – hours are unstructured so it is possible for you to work evenings, nights or weekends to assist the installation teams.

PASMA, IPAF, CSCS would be highly desirable.
