Multilingual Sales Development Representative Core Duties and Responsibilities:
> Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns across the EMEA region
> Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns
> Emphasise product benefits and features to validate sales ready opportunities
> Collaborate with sales teams to produce smooth transition of created opportunity
> Capture accurate and complete information in the our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
> Maintain and expand the database of prospects in our CRM
> Use company CRM to track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions taken, and reactions of prospects contacted
> Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts
As you develop and refine your craft, there will be advancement opportunities within the sales organisation. Your potential career path could include Account Executive, Client Success Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Marketing positions. Of course career trajectory is ultimately determined by the candidate and your level of success within the Inside Sales Executive position.

> CRM (Salesforce.com) experience is optional but preferred

> Advanced understanding of effectively using the internet and web browsers such as Internet Explorer and Chrome

> A Degree Education is preferred
> Solid sales experience preferred
