The establishments that we work with, require Teachers and Teaching Assistants with experience of dealing with volatile, disruptive and challenging behaviour, in various age groups from 11-18. You must have resilience and be able to work in a pressurised environment.

Team Teach training is preferable, or similar training in constraint and de-escalation.

We are looking to recruit Teachers and Teaching Assistants, who can ideally work 5 days a week, and be available to work at short notice, due to the nature of supply cover. There may be long term placements available in the future.

In return you will receive a competitive daily pay rate (dependant on experience), on going support and a warm and welcoming working environment.
