As an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Be able to multitask and adapt to the changing needs of the role, being able to plan effectively
• Be accurate and thorough in your work, ensuring high level efficient administrative support
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy
• Receiving and reviewing applications and arranging interviews
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients/Managers in respect of suitable applicants
• Manage and update internal Recruitment Database
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Involved in the review of recruitment procedures to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Previous experience within a Recruitment role
• Professional and articulate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Understand and respect confidentiality
• Good computer skills
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
• A self starter, decisive and proactive
• Strong communication skills

This is a full time role working 35 hours per week to be permanently based at our head office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £14,000 - £16,000 per annum depending on experience.
