Repair or replace internal and external cold water and drainage systems
Install repair or replace hot and cold water supplies and ancillary equipment
Locate and repair hot and cold water bursts
Excavate ground to repair external cold water supplies and drainage systems
Trace, diagnose and identify faults on hot and cold water systems and drainage systems
Carry out programmed maintenance and servicing in commercial premises including legionella water management
Trace, diagnose and rectify faults on chilled water distribution systems.

Carry out routine safety checks
Maintain and replenish impress stock
Drive and be responsible for a Company vehicle within the business's regulations/instructions if required
Complete all necessary associated work documentation electronically and manually

You will be responsible for developing recognition for the Institute in Dispute Resolution Services, raising further awareness in the industry of contracts and dispute resolution services and promoting best practice. You will assist and draft responses to consultation documents and research projects, manage Adjudication nominations and appointments and will also organise events, workshops, seminars and training.

Within the role, you will also manage the Complex Project Contract drafting team, the Time Management Working Group and the Contracts and Procurement Committee to address issues relating to contracts and dispute resolution services. Together, you will make recommendations to our client as to the appropriate way forward. You will also undertake all administrative tasks for the committees and working groups.

With excellent organisational skills and a high standard of customer service, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have previous experience of the construction industry. With the ability to source content both internally and externally, you will have proven skills in writing, copywriting and proof-reading and be able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

A powerful negotiator with excellent presentation skills, you will have both knowledge and experience of contracts and dispute resolution and have the ability to perform well under pressure both individually and as part of a team.

- Ideally educated to degree level
