Working for oue client an opportunity has arisen as a 2nd Level Desktop Engineer working at a client site in Bracknell (near to rail and bus services) providing customer focused support.

Role listed as permanent but welcome contractors.

You will be one of a team supporting users in a customer facing role
You will be working a 37 hours/week, covering core hours between 08.00 - 17.30 on a rota basis,
You may be asked to occasionally work outside these working hours.
Initial fixed term permanent contract will be for 6 months, with the possibility of extending at this site, another.
Contractors also welcome.

The role will involve supporting and administration for all existing desktop systems/applications, working closely with the 3rd level server team, call handling and desktop repair and replacement.
You will be required to Lift and carry desktop equipment.
You will primarily be working with Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems and application suites, deployment of operating systems, applications.

Skills required:
- You enjoy working with others and skilled in establishing relationships in person as well as over phone
- You are thorough and detail oriented
- You take ownership and responsibility for your tasks
- You are very service oriented with a great focus on the customer
- You are a team player, helpful and enjoy working together with others
- You are structured and accustomed to work towards deadlines
