: Tele Sales Support/Assistant



Location
: based in Thatcham, near Newbury

Helping resolve any customer account or delivery issues


Skills Required:
Good telephone manner
In this multi-lingual environment we will look for additional language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, German…)
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent communicator
IT skills (competent using Outlook, Word, Excel, Web browsers and preferably some familiarity with CRM systems) though training will be given where required
Self-motivated, success-driven and hard-working


You must be a real team player, proactive and not afraid to put forward your own ideas. You will be part of a great team where we all go the extra mile, not only for our customers but also for each other. You need to be able to handle demanding clients with diplomacy and tact.
The role is a very diverse role as you will be required to deal with incoming calls and place outbound calls for credit control. You will be updating our CRM system and process incoming orders and assist making quotes.
We care for every member of our staff and ensure that everyone has a chance to develop in line with their career ambitions and skills.



Experience
: The ideal candidate will have previous sales admin experience in a multi lingual environment and have worked with software systems similar to those listed above, however training will be given.
A knowledge of AV or IT industry preferable, but not essential

Working hours:

Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 5:30 pm

Salary
:
£16k +3k pa Commission = OTE £19k pa Commission paid monthly based on achieving monthly and quarterly targets
